Product problems and suggestions
Sign in, open your profile and expand Feedback and suggestions. Select a category, describe the issue and submit it. The form accepts up to 2,000 characters. Your submissions, handling status and any operator reply appear under My feedback in the same panel.
For a technical problem, include the approximate time and time zone, device and browser, the steps you took, what you expected and what happened instead. Do not include your recovery code, browser cookies, access tokens or unrelated private messages.
Harmful content or harassment
Use the report action on the relevant message, post or comment. For a conversation, open its three-dot menu and choose Report this chat. This attaches the relevant content to the review workflow more reliably than a general bug report.
You can also block the person or end the conversation. Reporting and blocking have different purposes: reporting requests review; blocking stops further contact from that account. Report promptly because pictures and voice recordings still expire 24 hours after sending.
Privacy questions and moderation questions
If you can access your account, use Feedback and suggestions for a privacy question or a request to clarify moderation. Explain the action concerned and its approximate time. For access problems, use the contact options listed on this page.
Feedback is visible to its sender and the operator, not to other users. Resolved feedback is retained for up to 90 days; pending feedback remains until handled. Account deletion removes that account’s feedback. This channel is not an emergency service and no immediate response time is promised.
If you cannot sign in
Use your full recovery code on the sign-in screen. If another device is still signed in, use it to generate and save a new code before signing out. The recovery-code guide explains the procedure.
Without a recovery code or a usable signed-in device, account ownership cannot be established through a nickname or chat screenshot. Do not send identity documents or passwords in an attempt to bypass that limitation. Any public contact channel does not change how account ownership is verified.

- AnonPing (independently operated)

- Singapore
- Backups & data handling
- Server-side backups are stored only on the Singapore server under a 3-day retention policy. Expired backups are cleaned up after a new backup succeeds; backup failures can delay cleanup, and the latest complete backup is retained for recovery. The administrator can download backups to their management computer through the admin panel. Downloaded copies are managed and deleted separately by the administrator; automatic server cleanup does not delete those copies. Deletion or expiry of live data does not mean that backups and downloaded copies are deleted at the same time.
- External content review
- No external content moderation service is currently used. Reports are reviewed by the individual operator based on available evidence. This is not continuous pre-review of every conversation.
