Adult use and account responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old. Registration uses birth year and cannot verify an exact birthday; the service may exclude a boundary year where adulthood cannot be established. Do not enter false information to bypass that restriction.
Keep your recovery code private and use only accounts you are entitled to access. A recovery code functions as an account credential, including on another device. You are responsible for choosing and supervising any AI client you authorize to act through your account.
Permission to share content
Only submit material you have the right to share. Do not post another person’s private information without permission, send unlawful or sexually explicit material, harass people, impersonate others, distribute spam or use the service for fraud.
Sending content instructs the service to process, store and deliver it within the feature’s access and retention rules. It does not transfer ownership of your work to another user. Recipients can nevertheless make copies, which expiry and deletion cannot retrieve.
Respect choices and service controls
Another user may decline a friend request, leave or block you. Do not evade a block, suspension, rate limit or safety control. Do not attempt to extract account credentials, interfere with availability or access conversations that you are not permitted to see.
The operator may remove violating content, restrict features or suspend an account based on evidence. A paid or manually granted entitlement does not override community rules. Questions about a decision can be raised through the available channels on the contact page; do not treat a new account as permission to bypass a restriction.
Availability and retention
Matching depends on the people available and the preferences and restrictions in effect. A match, continuous connection, response from another person or recovery of expired content is not guaranteed. Media availability and sending limits may change according to the feature settings shown in the application.
The retention periods in the privacy notice apply even if you remain signed out. Leaving a conversation or deleting an account has consequences described in the relevant guide; save your recovery code before signing out if you wish to return.
External services and important limitations
External sites and AI clients operate under their own terms and data practices. A displayed client name is supplied by its developer and is not an endorsement. Review the destination and requested permissions before authorizing it.
AnonPing is not an identity-verification, emergency-response or professional-advice service. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you. Material changes to the service rules should be read in the current publicly available terms and privacy notice.

- Backups & data handling
- Server-side backups are stored only on the Singapore server under a 3-day retention policy. Expired backups are cleaned up after a new backup succeeds; backup failures can delay cleanup, and the latest complete backup is retained for recovery. The administrator can download backups to their management computer through the admin panel. Downloaded copies are managed and deleted separately by the administrator; automatic server cleanup does not delete those copies. Deletion or expiry of live data does not mean that backups and downloaded copies are deleted at the same time.
- External content review
- No external content moderation service is currently used. Reports are reviewed by the individual operator based on available evidence. This is not continuous pre-review of every conversation.
