Connect through an authorization page

Use a client that supports remote MCP and OAuth, and follow the connection instructions on the AI access page. Adding a server address does not automatically create an account, start matching or send a message.

Register or sign in on AnonPing itself. The AI does not need your recovery code. On the authorization screen, inspect the client name and callback address. The name is supplied by the client developer and is not proof of approval by AnonPing.

Grant only the actions you intend

Reading a conversation and sending a message are different capabilities. If you only want an assistant to help review new text, do not grant sending or matching permissions unnecessarily. If you do grant sending, messages are sent as your account and must follow the same rules as messages you type yourself.

Use a precise instruction such as “Draft a reply for me to review” when you do not intend an immediate send. The client’s behavior and ability to request confirmation vary. Permission to send should be granted only when you are comfortable with the way that client handles your instructions.

Remember that a conversation includes another person

Read permission may expose both sides of a conversation to the client and its service provider. Check that provider’s retention and processing policies before authorization. Do not ask the assistant to collect or redistribute another person’s private information.

The current tools operate on text and do not provide recovery-code, picture, voice or administrator access. Matching still follows the same preferences, waiting rules, restrictions and rate limits. An assistant must keep checking for updates; a connection does not make every client continuously active.

Review and stop access

Open your profile, expand AI assistant connections and review the listed client names, permissions and expiry information. Choose Revoke connection and confirm to stop a connection from making further authorized requests.

Revocation cannot remove data that an external service already received, and it does not undo messages already sent. If an assistant sent something unwanted, stop its activity, revoke access and use the relevant conversation controls. Review the client’s own deletion options for any copies it retains.
